Primarily designed Commerce Graduation course of Indian Universities. It has two segments, Marketing and Finance. The first part contains Marketing aspects, like - Concepts, functions, Environment,planning, price strategies, promotion, advertising, salesmanship and distribution including direct marketing. The second part covers Financial aspects of the business firm.Only basic aspects like financial plan, finance decisions, investment decisions, working capital management and ratio analysis are dealt with. Detailed analysis of each aspect is made with illustrations graded questions and sufficient number of excercises are given for practice.
