If you so wish, you can avail to buy insurance on each purchase, the amount payable equalling Rs. 2.70 for every purchase worth Rs. 100/-. The insurance is applicable to the entire transaction, whether it constitutes of one book or more. So, for instance, if you purchase three books and the total cost of the transaction (including postage) is Rs. 1000/-, the applicable insurance amount will be Rs. 27/-.
To avail of this facility, after you have decided which books you wish to buy, you will see a screen(as shown below) that allows you to choose your mode of payment and finalize the shipping address. On the same screen, you are required to choose whether or not you would like your purchase to be insured.
